What can i give for my baby who has bad gas?

She cries a lot and doesn't sleep well at night.

  • Mylicon is a gassy baby's best friend :) I never had very good results with gripe water, personally, but I have friends who swear by it.

  • Gas drops; sometimes rubbing (heavily-diluted!!) peppermint oil on baby's feet or tummy can help soothe gas symptoms. If baby has colicky symptoms, there are homeopathic colic tablets that are safe to give baby and they helped SO much with my first child!

    Also, if you are bottle feeding, Dr. Brown's bottles were a miracle worker with my 2nd child. She went from gassy and miserable to happy as a clam within about 48 hours.
