HOW CAN I GET MOTIVATED TO LOSE WEIGHT?

I AM DEPRESSED SOMETIMES AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET MYSELF OUT OF THE MOOD I'M ALWAYS IN SO I CAN WORKOUT AGAIN AND LIVE A HEALTHY LIFE EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY AS WELL AS MENTALLY.

  • Get up, make yourself get up. Then have a cup of tea/coffee and then force yourself on a short walk. After a while, that will turn into a longer one and so one. Hang in there.

  • either make yourself or make it fun like playing with the kids or something.....running around the house or playing tag then you'll get to feeling better
