  • I'm thinking about getting my ds a fisher price farm thing he's 5 months and I think he'll enjoy the sounds etc. I'm also going to get him some new toys that make noises haven't decided what specifically yet. I'm getting my step son a car and truck set and he's 15 mths. I'm debating on getting him an elmo live but they're so damn expensive so I don't know.

  • I have always had my kids create wish lists. When they were little, I would collect sales papers, store catalogs, etc and have them make a pictorial wish list. I gave them a minimum number of items they could put on their list, and the largest things on the list came from Santa. Now that they are older (18, 16, 15, 12) I give them a template and they fill in their wish list on the template. Don't need as many items as they know about Santa, but the lists are real time savers and I know the gifts are things they really want.
