  • Go see a Chiropractor and get adjusted, that's about the only thing that is going to work. The Chiro will have some suggestions as to what you can do as well, but pretty much just freaquent adjustments will make it feel better.

  • During pregnancy, hip pain is normal, according to physicians. This is primarily due to the hormone, relaxin. Hip replacement surgery is not needed in this case. The controversial, recalled DePuy hip replacement devices should be watched out for. Pregnancy can rob the energy out of you, particularly in the first and last trimesters. Being pregnant may make you to feel tired and uncomfortable that going out for a walk or a jog is the last thing on your mind. However, most pregnant women will obtain a series of benefits from getting at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise each day, according to the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
