Can I give my 7 week old baby tylenol? if so, how much?

  • Why does baby need it? I would only if they are running a fever.

  • Dosage goes by weight and it should only be given if necessary. Call your pediatrician.

  • You need to call your childs pediatrician before giving ANY medication to a baby that young.

  • Yeah, you need to call your pediatrician if you want to administer Tylenol. There is a reason they don't have dosing instructions for a baby that young, b/c it should only be done upon doctors recommendation.

  • its not by age is by weight.... my pedi gave me a dosing chart at their 2 month shots
    but if ur baby is running a fever then i would take her to the dr and see why she is haveing a fever.... cant be to carefull with swine flu and regular flu going around.
