is the legs in the air a myth?

my in laws keep telling me to put my legs in the air for 15 min. is this a myth or is it really going to help me any?

  • Some women swear by it. But there's no substitute for correct timing. Pick up a copy of "Taking Charge of Your Fertility." Pregnant next month as long as you and hubby follow it and are indeed fertile.

  • if you tilt your hips and pelvis at the right angle - gravity will work with the spermies and into the cervix where they need to go to fertilize that egg.

    check out taking control of your fertility its a fantastic book.

  • Are you trying to concieve? (TTC)

    I did it only bc I was having troubleg etting pregnant, it finally took so myth or no myth DO IT!!! GL

  • I would think it would help because it should prevent the sperm from sliding back out.
