What vitamins do you take? Why do you take them (what medical reason, ie: Calcium for bones...ect)

  • B complex - stress relief and energy
    Calcium/Magnesuim/D - bone strenghth, migraine support, immune support
    Probiotic - immune support

  • B12 because my doctor recommended it when my blood test showed I had a B12 deficiency.

    Calcium and Magnesium (at bedtime).  Calcium for my bones and combined with magnesium it makes me drowsy.  I have sleep issues.

    Vitamin C during cold and flu season to boost my immune system.

  • I take Melaleuca's Vitality Total for women - I take for nutrition, heart health, healthy blood pressure, healthy cholesterol, calcium, vision protection and balancing my monthly cycle. Since being on these vitamins - I no longer need my blood pressure medicine ( I have gone from 132/80 (with med) to 115/75!! I have more energy - can keep up with my 3 very active children!
