Millk ?

My daughter will be 11 months on sunday and I was wanting to introduce her to regular milk and just using a sippy cup! Her formula was similac isomil (soy based). So my question is do I give her whole milk or 1 or 2 % milk???? Im also lactose intolerant and only drink 1 % milk!

  • Start her with Whole unless she is lactose intolerant as well. My DD couldn't handle whole so she is on 2%

  • You give toddlers WHOLE milk....I'm sure you could give her soy milk if that's what you wanted.

  • Toddlers need whole milk for their brain development. My niece wouldn't drink whole milk so she was on 2% and that's fine too. But start off on whole
