Scroll down to the "soda is bad for us section".
I also want to say, soda contains chemicals in it that are bad for your kidneys. Ask any one with kidney problems, the first thing they are told is soda and salt are bad for them.

  • There are a lot of dyes, syrups, sugars, and other chemicals in soda that isn't good for us. In the caffinated soda, there's also that added caffine that isn't good for you.

  • I would say the sugar and caffeine mostly. I know you can get it diet and caffeine free but then it is still an 100% artificial drink. Okay for an occasion but there is nothing it it of value. No water, no nutrition. It's a waste.

  • They make me bloat almost instantly.

  • They are made from High Fructose Corn Syrup, acid, & carbonation. The Carbonation expands your stomach so that you eat more. The acid can rot your teeth & cause ulcers. The HFCS interferes with how much insulin your pancreas puts out, disrupting your body's ability to process sugars.
