At what age can you stop burping after a bottle?

  • I wanna say about 6 mo.....but it all depends on the baby...when mine started baby food, i remember not burping, but then again, he was 5 mo or so eating jar foods and cereal

  • I kept burbing mine untill they got up and got down off me. I just pat them on the back a little just in case they had a bubble. Mine were about a year.

  • Ditto with the above post. Around 6 months, my daughter didn't really need to be burped, but that was around the age she became more active so by moving around more, she would burp herself. Every now and then I'll softly pat her back after feeding her but more just because I want to! lol
