  • Three Muskateers (not sure about the calorie count but I know it's not bad)
    1000 Gram Bars (190 calories)
    Reeses Peanut Butter Cups (210 calories for 2 pb cups...not bad)

  • Marshmallows are low fat, and I think compared to fatty candy would have fewer calories.

  • Hard candy is virtually fat free and low calorie, especially if you go with sugar free hard candy. Stay away from chocolate, period. Jelly beans. Licorice. Sugar free gum would be best from a dental point of view.

  • You can try going to diabetic candies, they have no sugar- and that is one of the main reasons all the others have so many calories.
