does anyone have a good salsa recipe using fresh ingredents?

Like what they have at mexican restraunts. I know fresh ingredents have to be healthier than canned plus I find it taste so good. Basicly I want a tomato based one with celantro and lime and so on

  • Salsa Fresca

8-10 Roma tomatoes, seeded, if you wish, and coarsely chopped
1 oe 2 fresh jalapeno, seeded and diced (If you have sensitive skin, wear gloves)

1 tbs dry, or 4 tbs fresh cilantro
    1 tsp cumin
    Dash of salt
    Cracked black pepper

  • We just do ours by taste..Fresh chopped tomatoes, fresh chopped yellow onion, fresh minced garlic, cilantro finely chopped, I jalapeno pepper seeded and finely chopped, sometimes a serrano pepper the same way. Fresh cracked pepper and finely ground sea salt, the juice of a lime..adjust meaurements to how much you are making
