I lost ALL mine within 3 months. I gained a whopping 50lbs too. I think after the birth I lost about 20lbs immediately. Then once at home I breastfed. At about 6 weeks postpartum I started running again. I started like maybe 1 mile every other day to 2 miles everyday. I used to run pre-baby, so I knew I would want to get into it. I have always had a great metabolism too. Everyone is different, but all I can say is just start being healthy. Eat, excersize, and sleep right. That' about it.

i guess i was lucky. i only gained 25lbs. i was sick the entire 9 months and i didnt "eat for 2." i ate until i was satisfied. i learned really quick that if i ate last bite after i was satiafied, then it would all come back. so i lost all mine in the hospital between the fluids and my baby. somebody once told me that the last 5lbs or so are the hardest to lose. good luck

I am in the same boat as you! I have my baby about seven months ago and I lost all the weight pretty easily except for the last 5-7 pounds. It is almost as if my body wants to hang on to this weight for the next baby! I will keep trying along with you and let me know if you figure anything out!! Good luck!!
