BBQ Brisket -
4 pounds brisket of beef, salt and pepper.
Â¼ Worcestershire sauce, 1/2t sage, Â½ cup sugar, 1t celery salt,
1/2t Tabasco sauce, Â½ c catsup.
Liberally salt and pepper the meat. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat until sugar just melts. Pour 1/3 of the sauce into the bottom of the roasting pan, place brisket on sauce. Pour over remaining sauce. Cover and cook in 275Â° oven for 4 Â½ hours. Chop meat into shreds and serve on hoagie rolls.
