Intense, awful burning in legs while walking?

Does anyone experience intense, almost unbearable burning and itching in the thighs and/or butt after walking for a little while? My legs burn like hell from above my knees all the way through my butt after walking for about 10 minutes. This happens while I'm walking at the mall or whether I'm walking briskly for excercise. Any clue on the cause of this or what can be done? It only happens when I walk, not when I run.

  • Do you stretch first? If not, that might be the problem

  • might be muscle problems.. they tend to tighten up if you aren't used to excersise.. or perhaps you have injury you don't know about.
