do you skip workouts when you are sick?

i usually do my 20 min on the exercise bike but i been sick to my stomach today thanks to the mexican food i had last night thinking about blowing it off today....

    theres no sense pushing yourself when you already feel crappy. you'll just feel worse....

  • Yes, if im very sick like a bad cold, body aches yes i do skip them

  • My only "work out" is either stretching or whatever physical hell my DD puts me through. The stretching always makes me feel better and there's no getting away from my baby. LOL So I don't skip.
