I don't know how easy they are but you might find something that is easy enough to do with your baby, it's a great website

  • If you do roll out sugar cookies I found that they are easier to handle when they aren't sticking to the rolling pin so I put parchment paper over my dough and then roll.

  • Here is a big hit with our family...Chocolate mint cookies....quick and easy
    1 devils food cake mix
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    about 30 Andes Mints

mix cake mix, eggs and oil together until doughy. Put about 30 (1") balls of dough on cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins. Put cookies on cooling racks. Put one Andes mint on each cookie and let them melt, spread like frosting.

My son likes to add the mints on top...thats his special job.

  • Make Rice Krispy treats using cornflakes and coloring the marshmallow mixture green. Form into tree shapes or wreath shapes with buttered fingers before the mixture cools off. Place colored sprinkles or cinnamon red hots for decorations or berries, or you can dab some red frosting on it later. You can also make plain Krispy treats into snowmen shapes.

  • Buy sugar cookies already made. Buy icing and sprinkles. heat icing in microwave 15 seconds and dip half cookie in it and sprinkle...simple.

Allrecipes.com - Best rolled sugar cookie dough and sugar cookie icing......this icing dries hard and shiny.

Christmas tree - Buy ice cream cones, M&M's, and frosting. Tint frosting green spread onto cone. Smush M&M's into it....pretty.

Frozen Cookie dough aisle in supermarket(next to butter).....buy precut cookies.
