  • just gotta write him a lot and keep away from any ex's, no chatting online with men even just to make friends, stay away from men in general actually, you are too vulnerable right now. Just keep busy busy busy with other positive aspects of your life.

  • what did he go to jail for beating you "Not a crime- i complained to much. "
that is a crime. if not that then it's something else, still HIS fault not yours if he was found guilty

  • Well if you feel it is 'your fault' have you considered talking to a therapist? That might help. I would also encourage you to keep busy, and try to do 1 good deed or positive act a day. Maybe volunteer? If you are busy helping others you have less time to focus on your own problems.

  • He's a good man, i pushed him to far, I have mental health problems.

I admit i was too demanding and expected him to be super man.

  • How were you demanding and expecting to much of him to get him put in jail? I'm having a hard time understanding. If he knew you had mental health problems prior to you guys getting married then he would understand and try and help you. If you could explain a little bit better so I can better understand your post.
