I just lost my mother...

I called her... becuse I was worried... I called her...becuase she didnt call back... The small life within me urged me to check on her.. I felt like I knew the answer all ready...

I grabbed my S/O and we left for her house... which was littered with packages and old mail...

I unlocked the door...cold steel that should have regisiterd...however, I was already numb.

The pages of my favorite books were ripped by her dogs, her 'other children'

I fliped on her light and she was sleeping...her dogs wouldnt leave her side...
I dont remember screaming.... I dont remember trembling.. I just remember going cold as I saw her pallid profile...already bloched and decaying...

My S/O called 911... I faded out untill I felt a hand on my shoulder...

I was rushed into the ER to check on my baby...

  • First of all I am deeply sorry for your loss, I know how it is to loose your mother mine pass Feb. 03' and that was after she had made a promise to my dad that she would go to the hospital. The hospital was maybe 5 mins from our home and that was that. What help me though is my mother was very ill with Lupus and she had no more pain. That is what gave me strength she had no more pain, yes I miss her even still today but there is no more pain.
