How do yo manage/organizer your downline files? I have 47 ladies and would like a system to keep track of their bdays, addresses, etc.
Any suggestions?

  • You can either use an excel spreadsheet, an access database (probably overkill with a group this small) or an outlook calendar.

  • I use index cards alphabetical and monthly - important dates - and other family information- husbands name, childrens etc.

  • I have a spread sheet with all their information on it. And I always make a point to put important days on my calendar. My email system has a great built in calendar that emails me when I have a birthday, anniversary or other date to remember...

  • Sorry, you have to do that. I have an incredible Downline Manager that does it all for me. Your company doesn't provide that?

  • My company provides the service. Makes my job a little easier.

  • My company does provide it, but I want something for my own records as well. To keep up with their success, birthdays, etc. to make it more personal.

    Thanks ladies who responded!
