whats a good cracker substitute?

My son loves Spongebob sheezit crackers and Scooby snacks (grahm crackers) and Im worried he's eating too many crackers. So I am not going to buy them anymore. But whats a good sub for those crackers? pretzels?

  • Whole wheat trisquits..I personally like the low sodium ones add his favorite cheese or some apple slices, peanut butter, tuna/chicken/egg salad. You want to mix some protien in with the carbs for a more satifying snack.

  • Instead of taking them away, limit what he eats instead. Any food that is eaten in moderation is ok.
