Good Sex Education book

My 8 year old daughter is slowly starting puberty and I would like to talk to her about what it all means and what will happen in the process.
I am looking for a book that will explain subjects like puberty, starting your period and developing. Anybody got any good advice or a title?

i have heard people mention "The Care and Keeping of Me" but I haven't read it.

American Girl Doll has a great book about puberty. Barnes and Noble has a couple of different really good books. You just have to look through the different books and see which you feel gives the best information.
