If you didn't believe in what you believe in, what would you believe in?

I know this question sounds confusing, but maybe some of you can manage to see what I'm trying to ask and come up with an answer.

Example:

If you weren't Pagan, would you be Atheist?

If you weren't Catholic, would you be Muslim?

If you weren't a Jehovah's Witness, would you be Baptist?

What religion/belief is second-best acceptible to you?

  • I would probably be a lay Buddhist if Paganism wasn't available for some reason.

That is hardly fair, she said that is how she would feel, not that is how Christians feel.

  • I'd probably still be a nonpracticing Christian. But I just can't see myself not ever going towards atheism. I just wasn't meant to be a religious person.
