how does this affect my luteal phase?

I have a regular cycle but its 27 instead of 28 days. How do I adjust the count to figure out my luteal phase? (Before my DS was born it was 28 days).

  • You have to know when you ovulate. You might ovulate on day 13 and have an average 14 day luteal phase, or you might not, but I do remember reading that a 14 day luteal phase is most common and the typical the length of the cycle varies depending on when you ovulate.
