When someone converts to Judaism, they go to a mikvah (sp?) which is "like" a baptism, you go in and say prayers and then come out.
Also, women go to the mikvah every month after their period, but it's just a cleansing, not like a baptism..
Other than that, if you are born a Jew, there is no baptism
