what do i use when i can't afford to buy more nursing pads?

my breasts leak like a hole poked in a water ballon and i don't know what to use. i only wear sports bras because my regular ones don't fit now, so anything (like toilet paper/paper towels) is going to show through.

Make your own nursing pads out of absorbent wool or flannel w/a fleece backing to prevent leakage from getting through to your clothes, yet still allow your nipple to breathe.

If you can't sew, then yeah, do like the pp said and buy the washable kind.

Do by any chance have cloth diapers or even rags. you can flatten them out so no one can see them

wow..i wish i knew they had washable ones when i was preggo..i used jumbo face pads and doubled up on them. They worked. Sometimes i just did'nt have the money for those (most the time) and there was like 200 of those face pads in a pack

I USE THESE REALLY GOOD ONES BECAUSE MY BOOBS LEAK LIKE CRAZY TOO..THERE REUSABLE AND THERE 4 OR 5 DOLLARS AND 4 COME IN IT.THE STORE IS MOTHERHOOD MATERNITY.THESE R THE ONLY PADS THAT WORK FOR ME..GOOD LUCK!
