For those who do Weight Watchers

I've lost 11 pounds so far. One week I did not loose any. This week I gained 1.5 pounds as the inlaws were in town and we ate out a lot.

Question, do I go to my weigh-in tomorrow or skip the weigh in and go on Thursday/Friday when I lost the 1.5 pounds or more?

Either way, I pay. I don't stay for the meetings.

  • You need to keep going on the same day. It helps for accountability.
