I'd just use the eggs - you're going to have just as many or more calories from other ingredients to worry about the eggs. You'd be better off using the eggs and replacing the oil with unsweetened applesauce - that'll save you more calories than anything. And if you're trying to cut calories, for the icing I'd whip up some heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Or make a ganache.
