What are you making for Thanksgiving?

We are having a late dinner, lots of family have to work. We won't be needing the usual grazing trays and snacks so we are doing just the dinner.

Mashed Potatoes
Green Beans(not casserole)
Sweet Potatoes
Cranberry Sauce
Black Olives
Deviled Eggs
Watergate Salad
Other Desserts?

What is everyone else making? What is a 'must have' or it just wouldn't be Thanksgiving?

  • Turkey
    Mashed Potatos w/gravy
    Green Bean Casserole
    Sweet Potatos
Rigatonis (don't ask me why, I started making them a few years ago for dinner and have just done it ever since. I make homemade sauce and cook them in the the crockpot all day, yummy!)
    Relish Tray
    Homemade Pumpkin Pie
    Fruit Salad

I bet I could make less since it will just be me, my husband, our 3 year old and our newborn, but it just wouldn't be Thanksgiving without all of the food!

  • We're having our "Thanksgiving" tomorrow at my parents' house. I'm bringing deviled eggs, corn casserole, my pecan sweet potato dish, and a good salad. I know my dad will be doing the usual turkey, stuffing, and potatoes. And PUMPKIN PIE!

  • I'm making nothing. I'm driving 7 hours 1 way with the kids-JUST me and the kids, since Hubby's in Afghanistan-the day before, and I'm honestly NOT sure where we're having dinner!! I don't know if we'll be at my in-laws or at my grandparents!!

  • I am due with our 4th on the 29th so have already made some pies and cookies. We are having turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans (and that is as far as I have planned at the moment). I made apple pie and toll house pie. I also made sugar cookies and gingerbread.

  • We're eating with my parents this year. My mom & dad are making turkey, dressing, potatoes & gravy and squash. I'm making homemade wheat dinner rolls, green bean casserole, fresh veggie salad, pumpkin pie, cranberry swirl cheesecake and upside down apple gingerbread cake.
