  • Not sure what you mean. You should be able to go to the main page of your group, go to your browser and copy the url. Why would you put the link in the search area? Do you mean the "groups" search area? Just want to help but don't completely understand. :o)

  • Yes, people in a post wanted me to give them the link, but when I tried posting it in group search it didn't take me to the group page. I wanted it to be faster for them to join my group. You know when you post the link to someone it is highlighted, it isn't doing that?

  • Okay...I think this is what you're talking about. When you write out a link like http://www.example.com, you have to highlight what you want the link attached to, then find the paper clip looking thing and click on that. Then you enter the url you want the link to go to. example: http://www.cafemom.com/answers/334141/Just_opened_a_new_group_need_help. Is that what you're talking about?

  • 1. write out the url or wording like CLICK HERE or www.example.com
    2. Highlight CLICK HERE or www.Example.com
    3. find the paper clip (in the q & a's click on use full editor)
    4. type the web address in the box that pops up inluding the http://www

That should do the trick! I had to rewrite this because my previous post seemed a little confusing. :o)
