will this help any? do you think?

somedays i cant fit in a workout, so while i clean my house ( i have a 2 story so lots of going up and down the stairs) will it help me alot if i used ankle weights? im trying to lose wieght, so im trying to fit every little thing in to help me with it. =P

im 5'4 and 180 lbs......=/

  • My mom wears her ankle weights all the time, cleaning, laundry, at the grocery store, everything, all the time. Fitness is about lifestyle changes. Wrist weights are awesome too!

    There are also these wraps you can get that support your back and keep your core warm. They're like $15 and totally worth it. She wears it all the time and it really helps. Save your back.
