Affordable Christmas present ideas?

We are running a little short on cash, but we still want to get something for our extended families. We've pretty much got the kids covered...but what should we do for the adults? I need something affordable...but not cheap looking. Any ideas?

what i did one year i buy the Victoria secret body mist they are like 6 for 35 so i have 6 adults cover i can come up with nothing for men

We always do a lot with a little money, for the ladies I've made candles, bath salts, flavored oil, solid perfume, decorated sweatshirts, tote bags, and those are only the ones I can remember.

For the guys I can go to Sears and pick up tools (good quality) for under $10 each (I just got my brother in law a socket he wanted for $7). We've also received some great gifts for my hubby, a marshmellow gun (homemade), a back messager (made with rope and wood dowels it works great), hand crank flashlight, round bin (think coffee can size/shape) with screws/nails, etc...

Well many Dollar Tree's have the large plastic popcorn tubs, buy a tub for each couple or single person, buy microwave popcorn, boxes of candy, and either a $10 blockbuster gift card or get DVD's that are on sale this Black Friday (many movies will be $2-$5 and some already are), then wrap them all up in gift basket bags (they have 2 packs at the dollar store and make movie night gift baskets.

We do family baskets for my DH's siblings since there are 6 of them each with a spouse and kids. Something like a classic movie ($5 at walmart) and popcorn, or bake cookies or breads.
