when to be concerened about sore throat in a toddler?

With a low grade fever, refuses to eat so I am just giving her liquids and popsicles. When do you become concerned about it though?

  • Dehydration (no wet diapers) or wheezing or fever spiking and not breaking for several days. Other than that, just keep pushing the fluids.
