They wont suffer though. Our jails are practically hotels with bars on the windows. They won't put them in a general population cell they will go in their own comfy cell by themselves. I say they should just take them out back and shoot them in the head. It makes more sense.Found an answer to your question?

Im sorry but in my book it is just like a rapist pleading not guilty.

I agree with Anon:16..., they want to play the "victim role". Oh, boo hoo these poor men have been so mistreated they were left with no other choice... oh poor little men... Of course we all know without a doubt without seeing any evidence that they are all guilty as charged. Why bother with a trial? Why bother with evidence and witnesses?
Guilty until proven guilty and without a second thought. That's the American way.

I thought pleading "not guilty" was just the formal way of saying you want a trial by a jury of your peers? If they plead "guilty" then wouldn't the Judge just sentence them?Found an answer to your question?
