  • no, the green flakes when all chopped up will add the distinctive coloring to the inside of the bread.

  • If you've got people that go "EWWW" at the thought of green stuff in their bread you will want to peel it, otherwise it's not necessary.

  • You can but you dont have to. The peel contains the bulk of the good stuff anyway, so I never peel it, unless there's a blemish.
