How long should we be settled before I take the paci?

I planned on taking my son's paci at 18 months like the pedi said. But then me and his dad separated and me and my son moved in with friends. That didn't work out now we are staying with my parents. But I was offered a live-in nanny position so we are moving one last time. How long should I give him before I take the paci? He just turned 19 months.

  • I would have took it out a long time ago.. the sooner the better but he needs a way to cope with the changing things so maybe let him pick out a new stuffed animal or blanket to get attached to
