Do u feel light headed when u workout in the morning?

I can be eating really healthy but if I workout (cardio or weights) b4 10am I feel light headed. Sometimes I think I'm hypoglycemic cuz if I eat a small candy, I'm fine. Anyone else get like this? Did u get CBC? What helps you finish ur workout?

  • Yes, I have a costco protein shake before I workout but still get light headed at times. Could be time of the month too? I just punch through it, good question.
