What do you put on baked chicken?

I've tried everything and I'm running out of ideas but my family loves baked chicken!

  • I have used fresh chopped garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and oregano. my husband LOVES it.

  • If it is pieces I will marinate them in Italian drtessing and then bake. Whole we like Lemon Pepper a lot. If kids are not eating with us we use a smoked chipotle seasoning. My sister makes cinnamon chicken but we've never been to crazy about it.

  • I throw a little lemon juice on it, then I grab a random spice out of the spice drawer then find a second one that smells good with the first, its always a random combination and DH loves it.

  • I roast a whole chicken using Cajun Injector Marinades.

  • I combine one canned chipotle pepper, one tomato and 2 large scoops of mayo and a little water in the blender. I put the chicken in a bed of rice and pour the sauce I made over the chicken.

  • On chicken breasts, I marinade in 1000 Island dressing for about 30 minutes and then bread in breadcrumbs or corn flake crumbs and bake. Italian dressing is good too. BBQ is always good.

  • Try Cavendars Greek Seasoning & serve with seasoned rice or noodles. Makes awesome different chicken!
