crib question

I bought my son a new crib and the directions to put it together were confusing me so I asked my sister (who has more experience with cribs) to look at it. Well it ends up she lost some of the screws and pieces and she didn't put it together correctly. I think I might know what is missing but I don't want to go spend $140 on a new crib. Does anyone know if I can call the crib company and order just a few parts or do I really have to buy another entire crib?
