Anyone from San Diego know of a really good child psychiatrist?

I have tried several different meds over the past year for my son who is 6. Currently he just started the patch, which I am still not sure about. This is the second psychiatrist I have used since he started taking the medication and I am still not satisfied. Maybe it is just me, but I don't feel they are supportive or have my child's best interest at heart. I seem to do all my own research and then make suggestions to his current psychiatrist as to what to try, she doesn't even offer an opinion. What am I paying her for? I would just like to find someone who truly cares about my child and wants the best for him. Any help?????
