  • They don't all get teeth in the usual order. One of my kids always got his top teeth before his bottom ones. It really doesn't matter what order they come in.

  • There is no specific order that they have to come in. Sure, a lot of babies get their 2 front bottom, then their 2 front top, and so on, but not all do. One of mine got all 4 at once, then went on to get her molars, then her eye teeth, then the ones next to the front teeth. None of mine got them in the same order.

  • It's never the same from baby to baby. Some babies get a couple at a time, others get them early, etc. It just depends on the baby.

  • LOL my son got his bottom two, then the two that appear on either SIDE of the top middle ones. He looked like a vampire for a month! It's not totally abnormal :-)
