  • cut in 1/2 bake covered, cut side up filled with butter, onions cinimon and brown sugar in the cavity where the seeds were for about an hour.

  • go to www.5dollardinners.com, she has a whole tutorial on how to bake a squash - I already knew how but she does a good job explaining it - a couple different ways, actually!
