does anyone have any good ideas for toodler (age 1-3) health and fitness?

  • go to a park with a playground! my son (19 m/o) gets a ton of exercise and social skills at the park! we also have fun in our own backyard. we toss and throw a ball around or I'll chase him. Great exercise for the both of us lol

  • frisbee, ball, soccer, obstacle course, water bottle, hiding games (finding things), jumping activities (leap frog)

    I think if you put him with with a few children outside, they will just run around

  • Play grounds are awesome for getting kids to run and climb and move their bodies. What about turning some music on and dancing? Play tag, kick a ball around, let them ride bikes / trikes in the driveway. Take them swimming.
