Any ideas what all this means?

32" LCD HDTV from ******************- SK-32H240S. This sleek HDTV supports all TV formats - 1080i, 720p, 480i, has an integrated ATSC/NTSC/ClearQAM tune and is packed with multiple HD inputs-including HDMI technology.

OK, what's all that mean? Especially the "all TV formats - 1080i", etc?????

  • - that will answer the first part about 1080i vs. 720p better than I can.

The ATSC/NTSC/ClearQAM is a built-in tuner...lets you get channels without having to have a separate device, like rabbit ear antennae with non-HD TVs, or a digital receiver.

The HD inputs mean you can watch other things besides TV in HD, like video games and movies.
