For anyone who is trying to get ahold of storkcraft for replacement parts on the recall and cannot get through....Here is what i did

I sent an email to recalls@storkcraft.com and simply said this is an email to recieve my replacement brackets, left my name and address, type of crib, date of purchse, model number, and where it was made. I recieved an email back 2 days later with my order number. So for those of you who cannot get through on the phone or their website that is what i did.
