im just scared

Ok so I think I've got low blood sugar I told my doctor she don't seem worried I'm freaking out I'm just in my second trimester can this hurt the baby? Wouldn't I know if there was something wrong I'd be bleeding if I lost it right?

I've had low blood sugar my whole life (hypoglycemic). I'm having my 4th baby in April. If your doctor isn't concerned I wouldn't be worried. You can regulate your sugar levels through diet. Make sure you eat complex carbohydrates rather than simple carbohydrates. They breakdown and release sugar into your bloodstream at a more steady rate than simple carbs (which releases quickly, followed by a crash later).
