It has been cooking for around 3 hours, its only around 13 lbs.....
Its still white on top and i have tin foil on it as of now,
i keep basting it, but it is still a little white, ????
I checked the temp right now its reading 150, but i am keeping it in a little longer until it is around 160-170.....
but maybe i should add a glaze???????
i was thinking melting down brown sugar...and apply it ontop?
