So around 2pm today I had my strep b culture and the doctor checked my cervix....

He said it was soft, and that I could be in labor tomorrow, or in a couple weeks.... Anyways, I am really crampy in my groin area, and feeling kinda crappy. Could this be from the que-tip swab for the strep b, or from him checking my cervix?? Or what?

It's normal to feel crampy whenever they mess with your cervix. It's also normal to have some spotting after that as well. The spotting shouldn't last more than a few days though. good luck and congrats!

Probably from checking your cervix. You might even have a little blood, too.
Try to drink plenty of water, and rest tonight.
