Why won't my twins socialize?

I have 3 1/2 year-old twins, Mary-Kate and Dimitri. I put them in many play groups when they were younger and now they are in daycare, but they refuse to make friends, they only want to play with each other. Is that abnormal? And if so, what can I do about it?

Its not abnormal for twins....and they are young to worry about making friends yet.

Kids their age sometimes just play around other kids...not really WITH them.

Just keep introducing new things to them and putting them with other kids. They will come around eventually.

Also, when they turn 4 I would suggest putting them in half day preschool in separate classrooms. Just so they can be prepared to be separate during Kindergarten. Sometimes twins need to be separate if they are too reliant on each other ;)

What's the point of them making friends? Friends just screw ya over eventually anyway. Why subject them to that?

i agree with the second answer lol

besides , if your babies got each other rite by side , why would they bother talking to others ?

the relay on each other as they always have , and twins have a special bond , im a twin also , and i always felt that with my sis by my side , i didnt really need anyone else t talk to
