eggnog???

i heard that pregnant women should not drink eggnog. im a eggnog lover and want some soo bad,but not sure if i should drink it. please help me! lol i no it may sound funny but i need to know.lol

Real eggnog or the stuff they sell in the grocery store? I've always drank the grocery store stuff.

does it have alcohol in it?? theres some made with it some w/o so umm idk what to tell ya

not the ones that have alcohol,theres no way i would even ask if it was that.the one thats just eggnog.lol

as long as it's the one from the grocery store & not a homemade one...just make sure the label says that it's pasteurized!

Along with the alcohol, you have to be worried about the eggs that it is made with. You are not allowed to drink the homemade eggnog because it contains raw eggs. Store bought eggnog is okay as long as the eggs have been pasteurized.
